Requesting a specific armor mod for fallout 4-Story quest optional

Some years ago I stumbled upon some interesting armor designs that I figure would look great for a fallout 4 mod, they are alternative military designs of Portuguese civil war uniforms.
I would like if some one turned these armors into a nice mod, with a quest  introducing them or not, it is just a simple request with no demands behind them.
