Most up-to-date Crafting overhaul mod?

I'm not aware of any good ones, the one with a lot of endrosements and downloads seems fishy to me... as it's old and not being updated? Does anyone here use any other kind of overhaul for crafting that would be worth of recommending to others (maybe a hidden G.E.M or something, I actually love these kinds of mods :P).
