Valheim Private Server ModPack - folder structure?

I'm starting up a private server with my friends for Valheim and I am having trouble making a mod pack to send out as file version is important also some members are not so good with computers so sending a single file they can toggle on and off to play with us is best.

 

The mods have a dependency for BepinEx and only included 4 other mods. Combining the files and loading it into Vortex results in only the unstripped assemblies being installed. I have been unable to find any instructions on folder structure or needed settings file to ensure everything is installed properly.
