Open Creation kit > file > data > [scroll all the way down and open the last mod on the bottom of your list, don't forget to click "Set as Active File".] > [after loading is done click "Gameplay" (top right of the creation kit)] > Settings > [type "fMagicLesserPowerCooldownTimer" in the "Filler" box] > [change the value of fMagicLesserPowerCooldownTimer from 3 to 0.] > [hit Save] > Done! now you can spam your lesser power spells with no delay just like having godmode on. ps:took me a long time to figure this out.. Edit: If you wanna reduce the cooldown time instead of eliminating it set the value to anything between 0 and 3.
