Thank you so much for that guide, The problem ended up being framerate smoothing was enabled. I looked at several mod troubleshooting guides and none of them said anything about framerate smoothing, this is the only guide that I seen that does. I never considered that the graphics settings could actually affect mods! I have been running around like a chicken with my head cut off doing just about everything because none of these other guides mention framerate smoothing!

So I have been for the past few hours been trying to get a mod called Idle Suppression and it seems no matter what it will no work. I tried starting a new save with it, I made sure I had X2WOTCCommunityHighlander installed, I tried verifying the files through steam and then re downloading the mods through the workshop and I can never get it to work in game. The game is loading both mods but Idle Suppression won't work in game, X2WOTCCommunityHighlander works fine in game though. Do I need all the DLC? I have it all but most of it is not installed, the only DLC I'm using is Shens last gift and WOTC.
