Annorexorcist

I have narrowed the problem to something the ENB applies, but using the Shift+Enter menu I cannot get the blockiness t go away. I've come up blank on many searches I've tried to make. It's a very annoying thing, especially with facial scars and blood textures. Here's what they look like, below is with ENB off, top is with it on.
