Hi there, can anyone please make a mod that adds separate world like Nuka World or Far Harbor that is nothing but Ocean? And make the area a settlement so I can build stuff there. I tried to do it myself in Creation Kit but I wasn't able to connect Commonwealth and the New World so I couldn't travel there and I got really lost in it. I'd be really grateful, thank you.

Hi, for past months I've been thinking of making a small scale mod that would take player into new area. It would involve subways and the Glowing Sea.
