  1. Being that the author is still active on that forum, you would have to ask ahead if it is ok first. There's always an author to a creation and they might wish that it's not shared on other platforms for their own reasons.
  2. It's been 10 years and you are still around Pagafyr. One of them days the last post will be made. There can only be one :armscrossed:
  3. Hey dude you still exist!
  4. As an additional, if you leave the frame very close to one of those yellow power armor stations. It'll automatically hang it up like you can see at the starting screen/past screenshots/videos.
  5. I can ask Ian to look at that. You mainly want a file listing of what is in the BSA - what files we would extract, but not do the actual extraction? Pretty much, I'd be happy with any info it could supply. If it's just the numfiles I can do a compare-count to check progress of extraction afterwards and if it's the textfile-one I can do a compare check to list for myself which files already extracted (and do the count myself at the same time). If Ian's got any time for it, that'd be great, otherwise just thanks for updating it already recently . As for moderator related subjects, sending a pm to one that's currently or most recently active works. Sometimes it's worth trying to check if one's in the chat available for a response there, you can even send a private message there. (usually best to ask if they're around first)
  6. in your users\username\documents\my games\fallout 4\saves is where the savegames should go. If they vanished, google Virtual Store Location to figure out where they potentially went. You can use the console command 'forcesave' (without quotes) and see if that ends up doing anything. It sounds like a permissions issue. if it's lreated to that a good hint/habit with games is to make sure it's placed in a custom folder. for example, instead of C:/program files (86)/etc make a new steam save location like C:\games. When you start the game installation in steam, at Choose Location, use the dropdown to create a new location. (it will probably say another drive but you can change that afterwards), Create a new folder as high/root as possible (like C:\Games) so you can forever rule out any permission problems with games. Whenever you post something like this, be sure to supply your operating system and any other important details like if you experienced similar things before, etc :).
  7. behippo could you somehow do an output//_MESSAGE of numFiles before it starts extracting or a(n additional) command that'd just get the ba2extract.txt /info out instead of already extracting the files :D? I made a little python interface for myself using the tool for my custom needs, but would love being able to fetch some pre-info.
  8. I love your folks work and mazing that you guys are on it right away. The extractor is much appreciated. Good luck and have fun!
  9. I ban The_Vyper and everyone above for still posting at this thread
  10. If you're doubting whether to buy something, you shouldn't until it's on sale or not at all. It's a re-release with a few changes to a bunch of textures plus things like the workshop and steam online based gameplay. Other than that it's the exact same game, so if don't like the old pathfinding you shouldn't get it. Current issues are that the Friends only/Private selection when starting a multplayer game is buggy and very often leads to being a public game instead. But the system is valve stable so I have no issues playing with anyone that has a relatively stable connection. For example, I'm from europe and I play with australians just fine, but a person who lives in the same country which is near 1000ping spikes due to a bad connection can lag the entire game.
  11. Steam Workshop support confirmed and a fresh trailer
  12. It's mostly an update to fix the many glitches of the water and the game in general when going multiplayer. HD isn't particularly pretty so don't expect miracles, just compatibility. I'm mostly looking forward how they'll address multiplayer.
  13. http://cdn2.steampowered.com/v/gfx/apps/221380/header_292x136.jpg?t=1362678988 One of the best classics is coming with some fresh upgrades to steam in April One of the old developers of AOE2 has been pushing for it at microsoft for over a year and it appears it got them moving eventually. Who's getting pumped for this :D
  14. Yeah it was known for while, but weird to see it actually happening to a big publisher.
  15. Paypal should allow you to use that creditcard. Paypal is more like a service that centralizes a few payment options.
