  1. Yes he created the mod for me. It's cool but has some issues and he is much to busy to fix everything or tune it just right. The problem is the handcuffs jail creatures as well. It can also accidently jail important npc's or settlers because the aim is built like a grenade. That is why I want a gun so I can vats and aim up close.
  2. When I shoot bad guy a pop up reveals "I get paid 50 caps and Bad Guy Jailed. Enjoy your bounty" and said npc vanishes.
  3. I want to be able to shoot any NPC and make them into a settler with the ability to open the menu to choose a settlement to send them. Here is some codes I found to make most of this possible. If it is possible to make NPC's stay somewhere I choose besides settlements like a home to live this would be awesome. But if not, choosing a settlement would please me.   4. I've done the voice for several characters for mods of Fallout and Skyrim. I love the games and offer free voice for your npc's or narrative purposes. I posted tons of samples on the nexus page but the Admin's removed all my time and efforts and demanded I use the forums so here I am.   5. 1. I know there is a feed dogmeat mod and someone long ago attempted this but never flourished. Followers eat and use anything you put in inventory. With a notification that says they ate the food they picked up or you gave them. 2. A quest that allows you to make Valentine and maybe Codsworth a upgraded human synth like Curie. 3. Vault 81 become a full settlement. 4. Send Companions to do Radiant Quests or any fetch quest - like military squads mod. 5. Robot mounts? 6. I've seen swamps and my friend made a snow valley...how about a desert? 7. Rock T-Shirts 8. FEV mutated dino's 9. Ghoul Synths 10. Outcast Mutants who are actually intelligent but hide out from persecution. 11. A story quest where the player finds out Dog Meat is a Synth and perhaps the player considers his/her own life and wonders if he if... 12. An animation or effect that makes you see an npc's from time to time that glow that vanish and hover like Ghosts...Phantoms. Cause jump scares. 13. More raider dialogue and whispering. Have them say things like..."You look in there...I'll look over here" "Shhh...I got this mutha +++ in my sights" "Npc's that pretend to be nice but when they get close they try to kill ya lol.
  6. Several times in my game play I've had nothing but issues with this place. Can't even do GOAT test because Swanson has me sit down and the options won't appear for me to take the test. I've played this unmodded and also modded and same results. Yes, there were times a year ago or 2 where this worked and I completed quest all human error quest line. Here is my solution and I feel it would be very simple to do and would love it if were an esl file since it seems it would only require a few lines of code I imagine. When player first greets Swanson before test when it gets to the point where player says do I really have to do test? He nods, or says ok, or yep, or fine...and then opens door. As if you persuaded him to cheat and get past test. The line is already in yellow anyway if you have a few charisma. Basically an easy option to skip the test. Without this he makes me sit down and I can't move in chair and I can't answer him because the s#*! is bugged. Please help. I'll even pay if I need to because this hurts my immersion.
