  1. Hello, I've made 2H oriental combat animations and adjust it in game. Watch the video from here youtube link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5VxoGMHeqQQ and comment me about this please :) I don't expect that it would be much welcomed but why not be? I made it by myself and I'm long for uploading these files...after reception. It contains oriental sword art which has descended from Korean ancient age and I also referred the combat skills from learning Korean Swordsmanship and Japanese Kendo as well. Of course, I modified it as much as I can, and it would be quite different from the original swordsmanship. anyway, I don't have writing skills, enjoy watching it.
  2. https://youtu.be/s0-IzZXgn1U here is the video link Hi, I'm Korean and I am making 1-handed sword motion as Oriental style It is on-going project and I already uploaded files on Korean website only, actually on Korean Elderscroll Cafe.. and some of members is using it as well. I changed all of 1hm_attack.hkx motions and also bash , power bash with block to very... Oriental style like skills that 'Blades' may use in the game. It combines style of Korean ancient martial art using blades, also some version of Japanese kendo.. and some so-called flying swordmanship(am I using it right? fencing of China humm ) of China and so on.. (I looked for references and there is one conclusion, three nations' traditional sword skills are very similar but differ in details, so I just mixed it not to have an argument..) In other words, I mixed everything and anything, added some bluff and exaggerated gesture in it. so it is. I'm not quite certain about actual Oriental sword skills, I'm not a professional of Kendo. Actually, I did Korean Kendo a little but .. still on learning. Anyway you can see it from the video. I have no qualms about share more ideas. :smile: plus, you can watch the trace of sword if u set the time to 0.5 or more slower But for that poses.. and of course my poor English, I've already discussed it as much.. sadly.   3. Well I dont further feel qualm about animating those other stuff and it seems nice scene that lively vampire follower interact with you. I agree with you fore and that is not the point here I guess though..
  4. well, it seems I would never work out normally then. So what about this animation, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a2YUxf91KDQ (from korean skyrim naver site, youtube video) you guys can watch 2hm attack animations simply emulated style of vergil's action. that motion works is just what I wanted. In video, he swings multiple times at single chance and it creates continuous attack flowingly. someone makes this motion and I don't know how it works on such a mechanism.
  5. I pull out my topic again, I'm curious about converting and modding new attack animation in 3ds max, so what I want to know is about brandish sound and collision-detection works. I just have made some new 1 handed attack animations that have several more movement and from the second attack I cannot adjust sound and collision to it. How can I body out double attack in one chance , end of single note.
  6. Hello, before I want to ask some question and share my issues, please take regard of my English ability. I am not one of the English-speaking peoples so my tone may be little rough to you. Well, my new one-handed attacking animation job is almost finished. Actually there is no special came out because I'm totally noob with 3ds max. Anyway, I have used 3ds max to take replace all of 1-handed vanilla motions and tested in-game. It seems pretty doing well with motion... but that case is only 'motion'. My new animations mostly go consequently hit the target with several more attack motion. Yes, I lengthened frame and added more actions like 'double slash' by each animation. First attacking motion goes well, For that hard works are no use that from the second action, attack motion runs without swinging sound and hit-detection. So, I just swing my sword and it only flounder in the air and when I hit monster with one-click, first attack completely succeeded and second 'swing in void' attack can't hit the box and give no damage (and of course no sound). Do anyone know how to solve it with 3ds max or should I touch some scripts to deal with it? If you glimpse the solution and can not understand what I mean, please ask me what I know and don't know and I will glad to answer with all the strength I have, dragging and squeezing my vocabulary. Thanks for reading. Besides, 2 handed attack animation bodied out my ideas already existed. (mod name is 'freestyle katana' and someone already knew about it)
