So should the mods be working or am I missing anything? If they should be working then I guess I'll reinstall and check if that fixes it.

I already pointed nmm to the proper folder and I used this tool https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/28929

I've done everything I'm supposed to do and it's just not working flatout. I would like for someone to help me via Steam so we can chat in real time however any help posted here would be highly appreciated. Thanks for your time. http://steamcommunity.com/id/genericmeme46/ -Installed mods via NMM -Added mods to plugins.txt with * and even used a tool for it to make sure -Added the necessary launch options to the ini files -Checked that the mods are actually in the Data folder -Enabled mods through the FalloutVR configuration tool
