I'm currently running on Vortex 1.11.0 and for the most part, any mods I download for vortex gets placed in C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods\Content\Paks\~mods instead of C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods. This seems to be causing issues where my mods look like they are deployed but when I start the game, the mods aren't actually enabled. I was able to manually adjust the the mods to install into the Mods folder and the mod worked but this is not an ideal solution when trying to install a collection. Curious if anyone else is seeing their mods installed to the wrong location as well?

  9. Yah, those photos are kinda blurry and low-res to me; hard to read what's on your screen. (Though that could also be my browser blocking higher-res versions from loading off that site; I'm using Firefox with tracking protection on and the NoScript addon installed.) It's actually Win+PrintScreen that saves a whole-screen screenshot to disk, in Windows 8 and later. PrintScreen by itself just sends a screenshot to the clipboard -- which you can paste into an image editor -- like it has since Windows 95 or perhaps earlier. (Windows 7 and earlier, there was no screenshot-to-disk shortcut unless you used a third-party tool -- though 7 apparently did have the snipping tool hidden somewhere.) Otherwise, you could go into your Mod Organizer profile's files, and upload the modlist.txt and plugins.txt files. Though that won't show some of MO's other info, like mod versions, that we'd get from screenshots.

Diplomatic Immunity was about the same: 3 modded followers with their own ai, 1 modded pet, the 2 elytra, 1 mouse, 1 modded follower w/ vanilla ai, and 4-5 vanilla followers (I've been using Simple Follower Framework). For Nightcaller I had 4 vanilla followers and 2 mice. So not a lot of difference. But I didn't have a problem with Diplomatic Immunity. I did an internet search and read that Nightcaller could be problematic, and one of the posters said they had to dismiss their followers before they could get into the Temple. That's why I tried getting mine to wait. It's odd, because I've never had a problem w/ Nightcaller before. This is the first time I've ever used a follower framework, so maybe it has something to do with the number of vanilla followers. In previous pt's I've used 3 modded followers (2 the same), the same modded pet, and 1 or both mice, plus 1 vanilla follower. I probably did not have the elytra in that game at that time. I suppose the next test of 'follower can't follow' will probably be ... Cidhna Mine. Otherwise, when I go to the soul cairn, read a black book, or go to Sovngarde and none of those are likely to happen soon. When I can face going to Nightcaller AGAIN, I might do some more testing. ... ugh, 20 minutes, over 3 millions lines in papyrus, 51 scripts in the first round of stack dumps ...

  14. How this works is you tell one of your favorite games if 2 people post the same on one page you then follow each other on nexus as a penalty. if you post 10 unique games as posts you win
  15. Loading the game using the Main folders f4se_loader does load well enough, the menu comes up about the mods will be excluded and Yes or No, just what I expected it to do. What is there to look for loading that way. I have looked in the MO2/Archive window and all of the loaded scripts are listed and checked plus the left side shows no Overwrite icons and Information tab shows no conflicts. This is like MO2 simply does read the scripts it has loaded and checked. Odd though, scripts in the other mods do work., that would tell me it's the Mod, but at this point, I don't know.
  16. Sounds to ME like you have been playing for an extended period of time on your save with MANY broken pre-combines in your game OR you have been removing mods and not scrapping your saves. This is a guaranteed save killer and it's only a matter of when. It doesn't always happen suddenly like when a missing reference is called so you assume it's all good but the game will just slowly become more unstable until it won't load anymore.

  19. This morning I read about ways to disable a bunch of that -- including the need for a Microsoft account -- on a fresh Win11 install. I'll link it if I find it; it was something I found a few articles deep in a news app on my phone, and so will be hard to find since that doesn't keep a history that I know of.

  23. I've tried enabling and disabling a bunch of my mods since updating from 4.03 to 4.04. I have updated a bunch of them but I still get this message on startup. Really have no idea which mod could be causing it now.   25. You can search for whatever mod you're wondering about, and click on the "last updated" column to sort all the mods by recently updated. It works wonders for me as I've got 110 pages to sort thru.
