  1. Past hour
  2. sadly I have had to cause reasons shown above
  3. The latency times seem kinda odd to me. The 'highest" value is lower than the average? How does that work????
  4. Wasn't there also a bug that caused combat dialogue to rarely, if at all play, and one of the NVSE Plugins in the pantheon fixed it?
  5. There is finally a mod for this! https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonsdogma2/mods/227
  6. Today
  7. Heya, I updated from v1.0.53 (Or whatever it was) to the latest 1.0.6.3 and after doing this the program became unstable (also tested fresh, clean install of it). * When I try to open the Options UI the program will crash * When I select a mod on the left pane and then click the Details tab above the right pane it will crash. * Adding *.dai mods causes the program to crash, subsequent launch of Frosty Mod Manager will show the mods in the Left pane but with a yellow caution triangle. Windows 10 22H2 crashlog.txt
  8. Hi, I generated LOD according to the instructions and everything worked great for a few minutes. Then the ugly LOD textures load. Just restarting the game helps for a few minutes. Any ideas ? T.
  9. Try installing it again. It looks like your anti-virus probably deleted the EXE file, so you may need to turn that off or add an exception for Vortex.
  10. Hi, Small question: It is possible to extract the full support of dualsense from Horizon Forbidden West and apply it to Horizon Zero Dawn?
  11. It seems the community developer who created support for that game has removed or hidden their page. I'll remove it from the supported list now.
  12. What I mean by patch from my wrong vocabulary, is a file or an option needed for a mod to work with another one otherwise there will be problems.
  13. This should be possible through the mod page editor. Can you link the page you're having problems with?
  14. Not sure if this is even possible as I have 0 modding experience. But I don’t know if it’s just me, but enemies seem to REALLY go out of their way to attack you only when you’re a caster type vocation. So I thought not only would it be bad ass if you can levitate to your hearts content, shooting lightning from the air, but also keeps you protected indefinitely from harm. Doesn’t need to necessarily be infinite amount of time. But substantial increase in time in air would be awesome.
  15. Nope, still crashed. CobbCrashLogger.log0
  16. I wanted to add Daleth's Morrowind book jackets to an Oblivion mod, but I get a message that the NIF type is too old. Can anything be done about this?
  17. Even though on Vortex supported games page says Doom Eternal is supported, once I install Vortex (latest version), the game isn't on the list, so I can't manage it
  18. what's the mod that let's you buy it? Edit: it's crazy shop

    Ban for Fun

I love ice cream so I'm glad to be banned. I ban Pagafyr for not allowing multiple bans... edit - connection is iffy here - has been for a few days... we use ADSL which is slow in any case. So, if I seem to disappear it's because it sometimes drops out before I can actually do anything. It's kind of banning me itself...
  20. I remember my first unmodded run on Skyrim, it was on an old laptop too. I even abandonned it since it was really ugly and lagging I understand what you say and logic of the patches, I try to avoid them and find alternative mods because I find difficult to know what mod corrupts what. Sometimes I install a mod with the patches and options needed and later when I install another one that conflicts with it without knowing and didn't select the right patch in the first one, both mods don't work properly. It surely is the case with Evla I just got out of my list, but I don't know what caused the bug. So I try my best to get mods that don't conflict with anything but it's hard. You mean that xedit would show me the conflicts I have running ?
  21. There is a mod to change the 'settings' too, for anyone looking into this info. Arthmoor explains exactly what is wrong and the required fixes in the posts section of his mod Alternative Start - Live Another Life https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/272?tab=posts See the 4th pinned post down the list, and he continues to talk about it and fixes, etc farther down with people.
  22. Gender and real name can still be shared in your "About Me" if you want other users to know about it. You can add suggestions to the feedback board if you'd like specific fields for this again - it would just be something that needs a lot of community support to prove it's value over simply using the About Me.
  23. Your just looking at everything else of importance and missed a little thing. If you are set up with Bethini, shadow controls can be adjusted there. That is a possibility with my pc. My issue is the graphics card, everything else runs less than 45% on the #s. Yes, I too like Mari's flora and plants. I'm confused as you said in the same sentence you couldn't find it, then possibly did. Here is her page https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/users/19071859?tab=user+files just in case You can keep and use both Cathedral and Mari's. I do and then use the base object swapper mods so the various designs they did are distributed around the game. I really like it because I don't have to pick one out of various designs they did for one plant or flower. EDIT: Ok, I am curious, why the avoidance of patches. See CRF is a mod and a patch, technically by my understanding. I am curious if the terminology of "patch" has influenced perception of it. CRF is actually the game. It is just what Bethesda never finished or turned on. They just left it in the programming. So, at the very least, all those small villages will never appear in game if you are not using CRF. IIRC, you already have something for Arthmoor's villages, which is the mod that uses some of what CRF turns on and or fixes and finishes, the villages in this example, to make changes to. So, in essence, every mod is a 'patch' to the game to make it do something different than programmed to. A program is no different than a machine basically. Each can only do what they are built to do. So when we throw in mods, the initial program just needs direction on how to use them together, patches. Otherwise the game will never know what to do with them. As a hypothetical example, because I haven't made it back to installing them yet, if you use the blended roads and skyrim bridges I spoke of. I 'think', iirc, they need a patch to work together because the game was never programmed to use them together. IF you are just going into game for a "test", and not using a tool like xedit to see conflicts, most likely even now, let alone keep adding mods, you are not seeing all the conflicts of not having patches. You could make it to level XXX and then suddenly not be able to complete a quest and have a pile of corrupted saves with no way to back up. Among various other possible problems along the way. So, why avoid patches?
  24. So I exhausted all the options with the Prophet, went to do the Pilgrimage and since I had 0 fame and 61 ish infamy it upchucked and told me to gain more fame. So I went and did the entirety of the Arena, this got me up to 31 Fame with still 61 Infamy. So I went and did the Pilgrimage, did all 9, got the pop up saying I had completed it, but didn't get the Vision and my Infamy was still 61. So I tried again but got a pop up saying I needed more fame. First I did a quick Google, only seen one other say that they had the same issue and Auto Leveled Item mod (and two others, forget which, I don't have them installed, never did ) is what broke it. So I uninstalled that, rebuilt the Bash Patch (since Auto Leveled Items was included in it), then I did one mission for the Fighter's Guild, gained 1 fame, repeated the Pilgrimage , got though all 9 , no pop up saying I did the Pilgrimage, and if I try one of the others again I get the same pop up saying I need to gain more fame. So I went back to the Prophet, made sure all conversation topics were indeed gray (I had discussed them with him), one more mission for the Fighters Guild, redid the Pilgrimage, same results, no pop up saying I completed it and no Vision. Uh... WTH? How do I bloody well start this quest? My Mods and their Mod Order
