Are the damage values adjusted to be in line with vanilla, or are they the modded values?(I hope they are the modded ones, tbh.)

Is it possible to just replace the Handmade rifle with the AKM and or AS VAL only? I have other replacers in the game.

Try https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/46596 which replaces the Handmade rifle with Nova's AKM Complex (which is the basis for the AK in this mod so should be the same).

For some folks like individual replacers others all in one.  I am just holding out hope for one that adds the SREP as the M203 is a lot of fun.
