Not exactly.
This behavior can be used with animated NIF only.

Oh I thought of the idle and pose mods aswell. To create an animation collection like the Pinup Poser rings for all the loose animations out there.

P.S. I am an extremely new modder, and while I like tinkering with things to figure it out, a tutorial on how to include animations inside a nif file would be awesome. Just sayin'!

Take a look on mod "Animation Tools N4 - Body Animator". This is what I used when create "Animated Dragon Wings" and exactly what you need !
