I knew i saw a handful of tools for blender and modding floating around the nexus, nice of you packaging them together!

Can Blender import .kf files ? because you can import the anim files if you just convert them to .kf from hkx, and there's a tool for that on the nexus site, that I know I used for 3dsmax.

No, you have no need to install anything (except Blender 2.7+ itself).
This tools are independent and don't linked with previous (Oblivion) ones.

Yes, it's possible for me to create another tool to get animation from KF to Blender.
But I feel no use in this.
You will get animation baked to every frame of the timeline.
It will be extremely hard to make changes in such an animation.
So I just leave this idea.

Yes, I feel it's time to gather all my tools in one place.
This become a complete pack of tools you may need for modding with newest Blender.
I have used them a long time and feel sure about it's stability, functionality and usability.
You can do almost anything you have desire to create, with this pack of tools.

Does some combination of your tools also allow adding collision meshes to a NIF file (without the usual ChunkMerge route?)

So with your tools we can make skyrim animations with blender, wich mean we dont need to downloading/installing "havok creation tools" (wich support only autodesk apps ).
