Thanks ! It really depends on your monitor calibration, but I'm at -2 in the brightness option. The addition of ambient occlusion via Nvidia Inspector is also important as it darkens the image quite a bit. (but it gives more depth)

Aren't the light effects (like in Liara's room) to strong? At least it looks like this in the images.

Pretty damn nice! Thanks dude, about time someone takes the crown away from CinemaMod.
Do I need to change some things for using this on ME1 and ME2?

Yes you're right, they are indeed quite strong but it's never really inconvenient. Though it may be too strong on the galaxy map. (Well, in fact it's actually too stong for some parts of the galaxy map, but you can turn it off for a few seconds with just a hotkey of your choosing)
In Liara's room the screenshot was taken on a very close angle with the free cam by the way. Same with the Normandy.
(I hope my english is correct)

I don't think I will ever take the crown away from anybody but thank you, I'm glad this preset can please some ME players ! And I think it can perfectly works with all three games though I havent tested it, you may or may not need to change the values of Bloom and Lens flare because it's the only effect that's strong enough to change something between the three games as it relies a lot on the game's lights effect. (ME3 is the one which uses the strongest lights I think)

It's actually easier than you think, thanks to the new interface that comes with the version 3.0 of ReShade, but I thank you !
