Macplow Posted August 5, 2018 Share Posted August 5, 2018 (edited) Are you hiring any UX designers or have you hired any recently. There are a ton of major flaws in the interaction design of the website. Even just contracting a UX designer to do a QA or evaluation of the site, running a few tests through it would be better than nothing. It really needs a lot of love. I'm a UX designer and new to the site (fresh eyes are best) if you'd like some insights or suggestions in this regard. Best of luck!
