Moreover, multi-variant mods - that’s mods that give you multiple options, for example for different damage values on weapons etc. are possible and supported through mod installers when used together with Vortex.

For anyone who is interested in learning how to create mods for GreedFall, we wrote up a short guide on basic GreedFall modding on our wiki.

Greedfall is excellent, but it's clear that a limited budget didn't allow it to get to the level I'm sure they wanted it to. If you like old Bioware games, this will be right up your alley.

I'm agree with you. The studio is very good but the less budget handicap them.

Have it, like it, though still a little buggy, by example i have a bug that leaves my current play through in a state of not being able to progress, but then, been a tad since i last played, maybe fixed now. That said i do agree that this game with a greater budget could have been something to rival any of the AAA games out there. Given that Bethesda has seemingly stopped listening to what its fans want in a game and listeining only to the sound of their wallets, perhaps this dev company can take up the mantle of quality games, that most seem to forget once they reach the top.

It really does remind me of early Bioware games and the idea of a complete experience instead of something hacked up into microtransactions and DLC. I hope Bethesda and other companies pay attention to these types of games and the experiences many gamers want, but let's be honest, microtransactions make these companies billions of dollars. If people don't have the self control not to indulge in them, they aren't going away. Sorry to hear about the game stopping bug, that stinks. I hope it's fixed now so you can finish it. Cheers!

Spiders makes some good games. Not too shabby if you consider that their studio comprises of 20 people.

Wow, really?! That is much smaller than I expected. The game has some flaws, sure, but I think Spiders made a wonderful game. The world is potentially one of my favorite settings for games. I hope they can expand on this IP. Learning that the team is only like 20 people makes me even more impressed with what they've been able to do. It is also really neat being able to see the very clear progression in quality of their games over the years.
