That would be more complex but there is a mod that does it. Does not work for 100% of the settings but still works with many. It's called YeOlde - MCM Settings.

Those wouldn't carry over. It is not reasonable to count custom perks

aaaaaaaaaa ok I think I get how it works now.
so it just raises the skill XP to the point you have them adding the correspondent number of perks and levels from natural leveling (I think lol)

gonna test it just in case XD
