It's a nice little outpost.
I think you should make the remaining player house lights toggle on/off as well or at least the one on the bedroom. It's hard for me to sleep with a light in the room.
I've never made a house mod, but having the light from the windows take the time of day (or night) into consideration would be good.
Again, pure wish-list, but if the chandelier over the table could lower/light and raise/dim, that would be pretty neat.
Possible bug in the downstairs sitting room; the lighting doesn't seem to dim at all when you turn off the candlestick but perhaps this is due to the light from the table.
It's a little strange that the merchants don't mind you sleeping in their bed. *edit* The upstairs double bed, that is.

Scrounging mods for another stint in Oblivion. This one shall make the cut. Looks like a nice, clean addition to the realm. Keep up the good work, Guss.

Do to some issues, with my current skill the changing beds and cases to all types wont be done yet. Will finish all the lighting to make it all off. currently the lights over the stairs and the candle sticks are not able to turn off, " the lighting over the table is window lighting, I will covert that to the candelier." There is a few other things I have in mind for the lights. Wanted to upload it and get user feed back and finish my 1st quest mod / light off / on.
Never noticed that they didn't mind you sleeping in their bed. I have it public area and you can access it 24/7. it bugged me that almost all the normal merchants where day, then you got to wait to morning. ty for the comments on it all will be fixed thursday. with limited internet access i'm on mondays and thursdays.

You're a great landlord! Lights working. No issues with v1.3 that I saw. I only ran around for a few minutes; won't be passing through again for a while as I'm headed down around Leyawiin.

This conflicts with 'Snowy Road to Bruma', so as great of an addition that it is.. until there's a patch I won't be using it :'(

I just installed all of your imperial outpost mods and I have to say GOOD JOB!!!!! Well done! The player house in Leyawiin is stunning! I will endorse all of these mods! ONE request I have of you though, could you send the required information to the BOSS site for proper loading orders please! I have had to manually move your mods around and I'm not very good at that kind of thing and I'm having EPIC trouble exiting the game. Other than that, I commend your nice and tidy work! I hope other people start using these mods, they add such a nice touch to the game!
