The Great Cities of JKs North - Notice Board Patch

This mod makes Notice Board and The Great Cities of JKs North play nice.

Does this mod work if you don't have Cities of the North, but only The Great Cities and JK's?

Edit: Yup, once again I get the missing masters error because I don't have COTN

That old one just edited Winterhold, this one edits Dawnstar, Morthal and Winterhold.

No, this mod requires all 3 COTN mods.
