At this point I agree, the only reason I see people complaining about cheaters is due to those said cheaters ruining a game world - but that can even be done without cheats. No one cares if someone cheats and builds some epic looking castle or kills a bunch of enemies or bosses - it has no effect on anyone else if you arent going and snooping through their loot to unlock things in the game without doing them for yourself. 

let people have fun and you just worry about you imo, cheaters are only taking away from their own experience and not yours. If anything focus on how a cheater can be dealt with - whitelist your server, do backups often.

if this actually verifies server and client side bepinex plugins folder then i definitely see this as a win.  i do believe its half the battle as any inslimVML mods can still be loaded but that too may have a fix in time.  one thing to remember, a random's big brain use of 3rd party software to cheat doesnt mean that this mod doesnt work.  as it stands right now the majority of mods granting any player an advantage, of the GM/Admin variety, are all bepinex mods.  so, verifying mods before join is a good thing then...right?

@mod author, people always gonna nitpick.  if you got a solid concept and know the scope of this mod is possible, i say keep with it!  also you couldve spent your free time doing something else but decided to grace us with your hard work, that should mean something.  and this mod is totally worth it

I can understand that this is a WIP, which makes it hard to understand the commenters here so angry that the mod exists and that people are downloading it. It is so weird to see so much of a community rooting for cheaters and hoping no Anti-Cheat is ever successful. 

You ever think we download it to follow the progress and maybe even help the creator with feedback and suggestions?

But to try and tell people to not even waste their time with it, is useless and very troll-like to even post here with no useful feedback.

There are 1000's of servers for you bored trolls to go and corrupt and create your toxic communities, but your feedback here is useless.

And even if this turns into a project that just can't be made to work...thank you Mystery69 for at least attemping it.

It is a good thing people are making these kind of mods, so that we can have open world dedicated servers without passwords. but i might suggest you seek a talk with The other anticheat mod for some collaboration?

i would also like to pinpoint out a flaw... anticheat mods should only work on dedicated servers, and if this is done by checking the running dll's of the person conecting to block out certain mods YAY

This plugin is a legend.

It would be nice to have if it generates a list and sends to the kicked users what plugins are allowed
and keeps a track of the configuration as well. Maybe hash to prevent different enabled options?!?
