Well, i had that problem when i had Vista, but I don't anymore

Well, yes i have read it, i´ve had mods working before, but now, even when i properly place a mod it just won´t work. Sigh, i just don´t know what i might be doing wrong...

I seem to have a smal problem, about 6 months ago i played fallout 3 with no problems I used a few mods and everything worked fine, but for some reason, I don´t remember why, I stopped playing an uninstalled the game and and removed the folder. But now when I reinstalled the game and tried to add mods it wont work. i´ve tried with only the basic game, with the 1.4 update and the 1.7 one. I´ve tried with only one mod, and with several diffrent loading orders, i´ve tried activeinvalidation mannualy and with the activeinvalidator invalidated program i even tried the fallout 3 mod installer. I havent benn able to make any mod work, I even tried with the DLC´s but didnt work either since i can´t come up with whats wrong i´m now asking for help, so if somone can help me, then thank you in advance.
