I'm pretty sure, it's GPU driver related. Older builds of reshade just may hang Windows with latest drivers. The fx scripts you are using are completely outdated and not supported even by the fx authors. So, i guess reshade coder can't help you.

Wrong offsets. The mod is outdated, ask author to update it for latest game build.

Through Mod Manager. But after installation you can just run game without Mod Manager. The way author doing the trick alot better so yes pointing GAME_DIR is cool

I want to create a zombie mod for public, the zombie model should replace melee bots with batons or knives. So, if anyone can port some models and post them, it would be great.

For coders I guess no, this tools can be useful for model makers. But with The Cyber Engine Tweaks can be done alot more, because by itself it hooks game functions, like some cheats doing (for example CS:GO cheats) IMO, most impact can be done by coding new game functions/scripts. Or gamemodes. For example i'm thinking about Warzone mod
