I can't join.

I'm just talking about voice files, you can build the NPC but use the voice from FO3.

I used to TTW, you have to get the files from FO3 and put them in NV. They provided the esm and esp and you provided the files.

TTW did it, also there is a mod for Fallout 4 that allows you to port the FO3 music into FO4 if you have the game. Sure if you own FO3, you own the voice files for the followers.

Like Jericho and Fawkes and stuff. You could port the files from FO3 if you own the game and implement them into FO4
