  1. I don't want to start a new topic cause it's similar to the one posted. Can anyone point me to a mod(if it exists) that lets you share stored items between settlements in Build Mode? Just to clarify you store an already built item(like a chair for example) when you hit TAB and you don't need to build it again(thus saving up resources when you want to place it again). In vanilla game you can't share stored items between settlements and i'm looking for a mod that does. Not sure if Global Stash does what i need it to.
  2. One of the mods is probably conflicting because i also have this one installed and it works. Have you tried starting a new game without any mods but this one?
  3. Nope. Windows 10 Pro. All I did was activate it and install the Amd driver.. But now seems to work fine
  4. Hello guys. I have an update.. It took a long time in the service but I got my PC back. And the explanation was Windows.. The re-installed it and now I don't have issues now.. I am. Very sorry for everything..
  5. Here is the thing.. I didn't have any other games installed until very recently these days. I had only F4. In the beginning they worked fine but later on istarted noticing similar fps issues and drops with them also.. I have contacted the guys that build my rig. They replied me with a question about my monitor and and that's about it. But i will probably bring ithe PC to them next week and I will let you know what happens. The issue might not be from Fallout so I will let you know. I am sorry for troubleing you guys. When you get a new rig you don't expect it not to work properly. It's just not your fault. Soon as I have more info I will let you know. I again apologize for troubleing you. I appreciate your efforts and i thank you. I will let you know what's going on.
  6. It's still a no go. I reinstalled the game and the AMD driver(did a clean reinstall) and it's still the same. I tried uncapping the frames and it still runs very poorly... I watched a video where someone said about MSI Afterburner monitoring your frametime line. And if the graph is not keeping a straight line, then there is something up with the GPU. I installed Afterburner and that's exactly what happened when i open Fallout 4 and one other game. So it has to be the GPU for sure. I haven't touched the performance part of the driver. I've heard AMD underclocks it's GPU's and it's recommended to boost them a little but i don't particullary understand from overclocking and i don't want to torture my graphics card. The only thing i changed was the fan tuning and now they turn on a bit earlier. I'm afraid i also don't entirely understand the concept of throttling which is one of the things that worry me about this whole scenario.. The power department shouldn't be an issue though. I've already set it to Performance mode..
  7. Thanks. What i get from this article is basically to choose which GPU to associate with the game which is what i already have done from the Windows Display settings. I even chose the Performance option for it,not the Power Saving. I also tweaked the power options and the three .ini files are marked as read only and still to no effect.I might actually try to contact Bethesda. I don't know what else to do... It's not just the the fact that the game plays under 60 frames per second man. I would be satisfied even for 30 but at least to be consistent...
  8. I guess that at least for now other than trying various methods of tuning the game profile i don't see what else i can do... I forced the GPU through the graphics setting of windows 10 and the game still keeps low fps.. I also installed another game and it runs perfectly so it has to be something from F4. I know i don't need the frames per second to be too high but i don't want it to be choppy or just plain unplayable at moments either. I will try to at least get it back to around 20 fps or so and try to play it that way for now.Thank you guys a lot...
  9. The game won't start at all? If you're using steam check the file integrity or maybe re-install it
  10. In the background tasks from AMD,Antimalware Service Executable,Application Frame Host,COM Surrogate,CTF loader,Disk soft bus services, host process for windows lite,Microstoft Office, one drive,Text input,Microstoft Windows Search Indexer,MoUSO Core Worker Process,News and interest,Phone link,Photos,a few Radeon settings tasks,Realtek Runtime Broker,Search,Spooler subsystem app, start, system 35,System guard monitor, usermode font driver host, video application and a few more windows background tasks. The only thing i keep open is edge so that i can give feedback on what's going on with the game. The way it is it's very difficult to play either way.. Btw New game doesn't help. Still runs badly...
  11. I deleted them and the game started windowed. I closed it, set iPresentInterval=0,made the files read only and started the game launcher. It gave me the message for not detecting my video card and made all video options to low. So far so good. On the main menu of the game from 700+ it dropped to 3 frames per second.I after that loaded the save and right now it's again sporatic varying between 15 and 35 maximum. Sometimes going even lower. I really have no idea what's going on... I don't know if it's worth a shot to try and start a new game. If this issue persists it's without a doubt something from the game but if it doesn't then the save might be corrupt or something. It would be a shame though.. I gave a lot of hours in this playthrough and i enjoyed it a lot..I have never actually finished the game. This is my first and only playthrough. Do you know how i can configure this profile? If you mean with AMD Adrenaline,it has the option to launch any game with different of the AMD settings so that's not a problem really.
  12. It's definitely running in the GPU. I don't have an IGP. Even though when i choose for the game to reset the settings it says it doesn't identify my video hardware. Here are the .ini files
  13. Windows 10Pro. The drivers should be alright. I think they should be installed correctly. The Device Manager shows it as a Generic PnP Monitor. I looked at the Display Properties and it should be 60 Hz.
  14. Hey guys. Something i noticed just now. I haven't edited iPresentInterval=1 in the Fallout4Prefs.ini(in all other places it's still set to 0) so i did that. The game started playing well(after i capped the fps). I did maybe a couple of restarts to change some video settings and after a bit of wondering in the game it dropped back to under 10fps again. I opened Fallout4Prefs and iPresentInterval was once again set to 1. I also noticed that while the game was running normal, the GPU Utilization was about 20% maximum or so.When the frames dropped the utilization went up to 99% and as i'm writing right now it still holds that percentege according the AMD Adrenaline. What could be bringing iPresentInterval again to 1?
  15. Hello friends,it's been a long time since i've been here but i'm happy that the community is still running strong. I will cut it to the chase. I recently upgraded my rig. Practically built a PC cause almost all parts are new. The game basically plays at 0-30 fps max. Most of the time it's under 30. I think somehow i managed to fix that maybe by lowering the resolution but when i start moving my character the fps drops again. I'm not trying to achieve something incredible here but this totally ruins my experience.I have the game installed on an HDD instead of an SDD.I don't know if that makes a difference. So here are my specs: Motherboard MSI B550-A Pro Processor:Amd Ryzen 5 5600X GPU: AMD 6600 Eagle 8GB Ram:Adata (16GB 2x8GB) Monitor:I use a TV screen with a resolution 1366 x 768 and i don't know it's refresh rate but on the back it says 50-60Hz but that might be something concerning the voltage Mods i use: This is my bed Companion Infinite ammo Here is what i've tried: I disabled the controller and vibration in the options In all configuration files i could find i turned iPresentInterval=0 and i capped fps with AMD Adrenaline Edition with Radeon Chill Godrays are set to low. I can't disable them completely Something to note:I have loaded old save files on which i have a lot of progression and they were intially created from the older PC.
