Actually, I already have safety load and crash fixes with UseOSAllocation=1. I think it's because of a mod that I uninstalled back agao

Lately, I've been receiving random crashes whenever I come at snowy areas. At first, I suspect the problem was the Footprints mod and I disable it. But, when I try to come back after disabling footprints, It keeps crashing again. I was modding skyrim normally and installed some combat and encounter mods. I deleted my old character and decides started a new one. I normally play until I notice all of my enemies became overpowered and sometimes kills me in one shot. My guess is that this is a potential mod problem (Sands Of Time, Wildcat, Animal Tweaks, OBIS) but I'm not sure.
