  3. Before I get into this, we all know this has been a thing on previous Fallout releases, and has always been an idea, but has never been quite possible. If you remember Terrible Mutants, the Mutant Race mod, it did not go well. Now all the has CHANGED. Playable races, make much more sense now, and are so much easy, once the G.E.C.K lands, this mod needs to be made, but let me describe how this mod should work to be yes, IMMERSIVE, and LORE FRIENDLY, words we have come to love ;) I am going to go through every nook and crany to explain how this mod should work, so it makes sense, and no holes are left in it. Ghoul Let's start off with a playable Ghoul. Okay so this really can already be a thing, because of Skin replaces, eye replacers, etc. But I'm this can go more in depth. Okay, so you've just left vault 111, you stand next to some nuclear waste for 4 hours, you become very sick. You get the rad meter so that it takes up 90% of your health bar. And 3 days later, you're a ghoul. Now this would be easy with creation kit. I've seen this mod on New Vegas. Why 90%? Because ghouls are people that got irradiated but did not 'have the good fortune to die. ' A really simple mod here, clothing models would remain the same. Here is a list of things that would affect you when roleplaying as a ghoul that could easily be implemented. - Perk For Ghouls, Immune to radiation. This would work where the red bar, does not fill instead when taking radiation damage, health points are added. Because ghouls are healed by radiation. - When basking in radiation ghouls gain plus 2 to strength. - Ghouls suffer negative 5 to their Charisma - Ghoul's can NOT join the Brotherhood faction, (Due to them being abominations in their eyes) Super Mutants A playable super mutant would Involve a quest. Now this could be given in several ways. Strong could give it when you have a high affinity. Or You COuld stumble upon a new added location. This location has VATS, and shoud be in a factory, or possible a vault if you don't want to be super lore friendly. This also solves a huge Plot whole bethesda forgot about. WHERE DID THEY COME FROM. Super mutants are made, yet in this game, so far I have found no where they could have been made. Sure the institute could make them, but that was an accident. Now, we know the enclave mad a load back west, we know the Mast made a load, giving us Meriposa mutants, 1st Generation, and the 2nd Generation Muties. In the east, they were made somehow, confusingly, but in a very similar way, in vats, then more and more mutants made more and so on. Dance even mentions his friends being made into one. Now, We could have a quest, in a factory, where this happens, you could have an option to make yourself a mutant. Or be turned into one if you follow the quest. Now, for the gameplay, some modding is going to be required, for a working model, as that is the hardest part, making it playable. The clothes themselves, are the easiest part, they will not have to be made from the ground up, because we already have clothes in game built specifically for mutants. - Super Mutants Gain 2 strength and 2 Endurance due to their stronger physicality and resilience. - Super Mutants gain a buff to Melee damage and add 10 DR. - Super mutants suffer - 2 to intelligence. It makes sense that if you have 10 Intelligence, you could still be functional after the change. The factor that determinants whether you are a smart or stupid mutant, is you radiation levels in your body. Because you just awoke from a vault. It's safe to say that you would be a smart mutant. Or if you had a lot of brains to spare anyway. This means you should be able to act, and talk normal, Similar to Marcus, Or Virgil. There will also be a way for the play character to return to normal. I am not going to bother and say *SPOILERS AHEAD* Why read into this, if you have not even beat the vanilla game? Come on. Anyway, Once you have got far enough into the game, you will be able to purchase the cure from Virgil, similar to how you could get cured by Fallion of vampirism in Skyrim. This is basically worked out, and I am going to be making a comprehensive list of what I want to see in this mod, and would like to help any Moder with designing this mod if they need help. I am an experienced mod writer and voice actor , but not to good at coding. But I can help in those aspects.
  4. I am an 18 Year old voice actor/actor that loves Elder Scrolls. I am an aspiring actor, and I am trying to get out there, and I thought, where better to get experience? Than in a thing I love, Skyrim mods. So if you know any voice work that needs doing, or someone whom is looking for a voice actor, that would be great. I have a studio to produce high quality voice acting. I have been watching the modding community grow, from modding fallout 3 to the paid most fiasco. I watch Brodual, Gopher, AlChestBreach etc. I can't wait to start getting stuck in. I have already started auditioning for Skywind.
