Hi iv been trying for the longest time to make a Race that has a Prosthetic left arm. Like Guts from Berserk in the Blackswordsman Arc. However I can't get anything to work. Modeling the arm is simple enough but I can't get the Creation Kit to accept it and it just shows up as an exclamation mark (as in the body mesh with the arm.) Now what i'm requesting is only for personal use since I or the person who would be kind enough to make this would have to ask Zenl's permission first to post it anywhere. Not sure if you have to ask for permission to make a personal use mod from already published work by another mother, if so do correct me. All I want is to have a race body (or body model malebody_0.nif malebody_1.nif) so that I can use for a custom race I use in game using Zenl's prosthetic arm to replace the left arm (because its a lot better then my model to be sure heh T_T)

hmm thanks for the help ill try what you suggested! Wish there was a tutorial for this sort of thing XD (Basic modeling isn't a problem for me but when it comes to the Creation Kit i'm at a loss.) Then again I suppose not many people are into the business of deforming their character to achieve a more unique persona. Oh an this will most likely be a silly question but how would I go about exporting the dark elf male body mesh? oh and head mesh (for something else I want to do.) (ill look into it but the help would be appreciated ^^)

Hey i'm trying to create a prosthetic limb for my dark elf character I have the model for the limb and I can use it as a gauntlet well enough. However what I really want to do is make it replace the actual arm model for the left arm (its made for the left arm.) so this way I would be able to wear guantlets and armors on top of the prosthetic armor. Is this possible? i'm new to modding but 3D modeling is something I do every now an again an its ok enough to use in game. So any help? Thanks in advance.

May be a lil late to the party but I am having the same problem, even did what StevoSegalovic recommended an it still makes the game crash.
