  1. Thanks for the information I did not know that Bethesda does not allow the transfer of its resources, but my doubt was rather for the transfer of 3D models and textures of AAA games with UE4 that already exist mods in Nexus as between FFVIIR, KH3, DOA, RE4, RDR2, ETC .... P.S: I know that now the question is different but as it is still about duplicates I think it is better to write it here than to create another post, so that all the information is in the same place.
  2. It's true I can't prove it, that makes my day a lot happier, I no longer have to worry about checking if a mod was created before by another author before creating mine, as long as I'm using the existing resources of a game it will be completely legal to post a duplicate. Now my doubt becomes another one, this type of moderation also applies to those 3D models imported from other games and their textures, since they are existing resources of another game and not own creations, only changed some data of the meshes and the skeleton?
  3. Thank you very much for the clarification, but I think that just because we make simple mods without textures or 3D models we should not be excluded from moderation.Right now I am starting to make mods for Kingdom Hearts III of the simple type, God Mode, All Magic MP 0, Resist All Status Effects, All Items Free Price, etc... like this kind of mods that only modify or replace some parameters, clothing, weapons, textures, etc... that already exist within the game and that nothing at all is created and only the assets are modified with a program like UAssetGUI there are about 300 and that only for this game, I do not see the sense of not moderating so much content. Is there any way to request a change in moderation policies for duplicate content? How should it be requested, to whom and what would it take to be minimally considered?
  4. Of course anyone can create simple newbie mods like mine (it's as easy as taking candy from a child), but that doesn't mean that I have the right to replicate all the simple Nexus mods and start receiving Donation Points for something that I just had to replicate to take them away from the author who had to spend hours to find them. Again I reiterate, if any moderator is reading this topic tell me if I'm wrong and if I can replicate mods that modify only original game data within Nexus.
  5. I just used the button you mentioned and the link says "NO LONGER IN USE", I just wanted to learn how to correctly make reports to be taken into consideration and what type of rules are those that control the replicate of mods, plus this way there is a record and information for other new modders like me to consult.
  6. First of all thank you for your clarifications, but I do not want to invent any new concept, I am sure that Nexus is not interested that their modders are dedicated to repeat, plagiarize, copy, replicate, reproduce, transcribe, etc ... call it what you want, all mods that do not contain assets created by other modders and only modify the original assets of the game because they would end up having the same mod uploaded 15 times on their servers and I do not think the servers are unlimited, not to mention how resentful the Donation Points system would be. To give you an example I must have a total of 250 mods that only modify data from the original game, if 10 modders decided to replicate my work to earn some Donation Points would become 2500 mods uploaded to their servers with their respective images, that's really crazy for a community that has 487,000 mods hosted on their servers. That's why I have put some emphasis on some moderator to get us out of doubts.
  7. I have not spoken at any time of stealing, it is simply plagiarism. You take a mod that someone already made, you replicate it and you upload it again to Nexus as your own without any change. Please, a moderator can clarify if showler's comments are true???
  8. These mods I am referring to are quite simple, they do not use textures or personal models. In the first two only the internal data of the asset is changed so that the duration is multiplied x2 and in the second ones it is only indicated in the asset to load another 3D model already existing in the game, with plagiarism I mean that the mods that the other authors uploaded do exactly the same or they were already inside mine. To explain better, it's like if I take a mod set of costume change another author, copy a single costume change in an asset extracted by me and upload it separately, then I do exactly the same with all the costumes that has the mod of that other author. Is this within the Nexus policy??? This is allowed in Nexus as long as you don't use model resources or textures from other authors???
  9. Thanks for your answer, but I do not understand what you mean by copying the idea??? I only post fully functional and tested mods. All the mods that I comment are almost a year old or more and some of them I discovered plagiarized more than a week ago and I reported them to Nexus, but maybe because of my lack of experience I didn't know how to report something that is evident.
  10. First of all I don't know if this issue is in this forum but I haven't found anything where I can direct my concerns and questions. Hello I am a Spanish newbie modder and I would like to turn to the community or moderators to get some more detailed information on what are the policies on replicate and how they should be reported for action to be taken. Lately I have found some of my mods replicate and reuploaded to Nexus, I have used the REPORT ABUSE tab but days have passed and no action has been taken and no one has contacted me, I don't know if the report messages are not really arriving or if I am not doing it right when sending the report reports. What evidence do I need to provide to make a report suitable enough to be taken into consideration??? I have been reviewing all the Policies and Guidelines / File Submission Guidelines and I have not found anything about replicate of mods, it would be nice to add a few lines dedicated to explain what are the policies to follow in this matter. Thank you very much to all of you who participate in this community, I hope to solve my newbie doubts and that this will serve as a forum for modders in which to raise such issues and concerns without disturbing users. GREETINGS ^_^
  11. The mod as I said has no complications, just extract the uasset "Cpl001p1c02s1d1_body.uasset" and rename it inside and outside the file with the UAssetGUI to "Cpl001p1c03s1d1_body.uasset" add the new updated Title.umap file from version 1.91 and Son Goku is already wearing the Yadrat suit at the end of the game, nothing else. The only difference between my mod and the old mod is that the Title.umap file is from version 1.91 and not from the old version 1.84 that leaves the game locked.
  12. Maybe much of the blame is mine, when I posted it I put the same name but I added "patch 1.91" and used the same images of the original, I did not know that I had options to complain to the moderator I thought that as in other forums are omniscient and their decisions are law. I would not know how to argue that the mod is 100% made by me because none of the assets is of my own creation since all the models are already in the game, you only have to replace a suit model by ortho for the game to load them and add the Title.umap of the new version 1.91 for the mod to work. P.S: Remember that this is not a reclamation, just a question about how much time is necessary to version hidden mods without reprisals from their authors.
  13. I made a mod from zero with the new assets extracted from the original game updated to work with version 1.91, but modifying all the same data and textures that modifies the old mod that stopped working in version 1.84.
  14. Hello, for all those who are interested in the answer to this question this is the conclusion: I posted a copy made from scratch and updated the Outfits for Endgame Goku mod that has been hidden for three months and did not work, the result was that a moderator of Nexus removed it and told me that the author denounced because he has it hidden and not removed. Let it serve as a precedent that it is not possible to post old patched mods even if they are made from scratch if the author has them hidden because they can denounce you, luckily I have not received any warnings or restrictions. GREETINGS
