Ok, so I am making Jayne Cobb from Firefly as a companion, I've already uploaded a version of this to the Nexus if you are interested. The problem is I'm trying to give him his signature hat and the required me to make it. Well, it didn't work I used Blender for the Mesh and to apply the Texture, and GIMP to create the Texture. I have uploaded a screenshot of the experimental hat design to show the problem and a picture of what it should look like. Please Help me. Thanks.
