  1. Had a dream that this came out in beta. Disappointed that it wasn't real yet. Keep up the good work though.
  2. Go under settings, controls, and then devices in the corner of the screen. Key binds with NVSE also generally let you use other mouse buttons like Project Nevada and anything by Gopher for example. At least my five button mouse does.
  3. Looking through your file and comparing it to other mods, you have the Withammo lists set to a certain level. New Vegas all other mods have them set to level 1. Changing your Withammo lists 1 one allowed them to spawn on npcs. I had troopers spawning with Themis and Snowrifles mostly along with vanilla weapons and a fiend had a Cirus. My character was only at level 10. The weapons still spawned in poor condition according to your conditions lists. if you only want the weapons to spawn at higher levels, only put them in the higher tier lists. The loot lists should be fine the way they are as they look similar to other mods loot and I have no problem with those. I didn't loot any containers as I was mostly checking npcs. Oh and the Snowrifle is messing the muzzle flash or projectile mesh. Not sure which. Hope this helped.
  4. In my experience is that hovering over a weapon and then a crash is a incorrect repair list or error. Equipping and a crash usually an incorrect ammo list. There are other variables but those are the ones I check first. Is your game updated to 1.4? Some plugins need to be updated to 1.4 also. Load up FNVEdit with all your currently using plugins and compare the riot shotgun to the other plugins.
  5. All Shrapnel does is add weapons and make changes to level lists so a merge patch is in order for it to work with others. The optional files might overwrite other things though. Project Nevada Core is basically compatible with anything besides the mods it incorporates. Fook makes a lot of changes to the game so there might be conflicts between the Project Nevada Rebalance module. I haven't used FookNV yet. Don't know if it makes changes to weapon damages which that would make Project Nevada's equipment and Shrapnel's weapons out of balance. FNVEdit is a must to check for conflicts.
  6. Just move your steam folder to another location then launch it. It should redo the registry itself. This has worked for me.
  7. Firefox is doing the same. No issues with Opera though.
