EDIT2 FIX: 1. Remove all other possible items from inventory (for ease of following steps), just place a trunk infront of you and dump everything in there 2. in the console type player.showinventory (it will show the IDs of anything still in your inventory) (navigate teh list with pageup and pagedown) 3. actually add the item that's bugged to your inventory -the id will be in the list above- with player.additem "itemID" (without quotes) 4. done, the game has replaced the bug item with the actual item that you just added, which you can sell, drop or scrap as you wish Thank you kindly for this... even in 2020.
