I was able to make her a follower (finally). This is what I had to do. 1 - Complete the Fit for a Jarl quest. 2 - Talk to Maramel in Riften and get an Amulet of Mara. 3 - Talk to Taarie again, with Amulet equipped. 4 - Complete marriage ceremony. 5 - Before she leaves the Temple, open the console, click on her to ensure you're targeting her, and do both "setrelationshiprank player 3" and "player.setrelationshiprank 3" followed with "addfac 5c84d 1" Those steps brought up the dialogue request for her to become a follower. I thought I might have to invest in her store (her, not her sister) but that never came up. Now she's a follower, and I'm hoping it wasn't some fluke, so I'll test it again on a new character sometime. Edit: Went through this with 2 different characters. One of them did not bring up investment, the other did. I guess it's random on that part. Edit 2: By the way, she looks so much better after having installed Bijin Wives...
