Broken again for 1.30.

When you clear abandoned sites like the Saw Mill in White Orchard time seems to jump ahead about eight hours. Why was Geralt standing around that long waiting for people to turn up? This is a small thing that most people probably don't care about, but it really nags at me. I don't really know much about modding this game, but I want to think that this would be an easy tweak; a value in a script that tells the game to advance the clock by almost half a day? It just needs to be lowered? Something like that? idk.
