I ended up fixing it by loading an older save, going to sanctuary, going to red rocket then sleeping. After sleeping the attack was over and I could go in with no crash. No clue what the cause was but Im disabling attacks.

Fallout 4 is constantly crashing and Im unsure what the cause is. I have a good amount of mods but I cant figure out what one is causing it. It started crashing after I headed back to sanctuary as I needed to do some stuff and it was being attacked. I got there, saved and crashed a few seconds later.
