Awesome! Thank you. I'll get TES5Edit and clean them. Then I'll see about getting some of the compatibility patches. You also hit a pretty big one... I have like 10 or 12 saves? So I could just move a lot of them to a backup folder and leave the 1 or 2 I use. Yeah, I've read that. I almost never use the "continue" button, or load any auto or quick saves. Thanks for your help. Hopefully these get me squared away.

Hi guys. New guy here. I tried searching a bit but nothing really catered to my problem. So I've been playing Skyrim a couple weeks. Added quite a few mods. Game runs great. Decent FPS, sounds awesome. The whole nine. But recently I've ran into a pretty specific crash to desktop scenario. I can't load any of my save files while I'm IN GAME. I can load from the home screen no problem, but if I'm in game and I try to load a game? It starts to load, then I get a little half second half invisible dialog window in the top left and it crashes to the desktop. Also, if I save it in a house, and load it in any way, it also CTD. But if I save it in the Skyrim world, load from the menu, no problems whatsoever. I'm thinking it's a mod (or two?). I ran LOOT.
