Wow, thanks a ton! Im running the search now and made sure I had the folders and the BSA files. The only thing I need to find is the Fallout 3.esm! EDIT: Also is it possible there is a mod that overwrites the Fallout3.esp? Something big like FOOK or something?

Oh no. Well thanks anyway... EDIT: Where would the fallout3.esm be located?

Ugh, I currently dont have the disk to reinstall from, is there a way to get the file online? And I searched through the recycle bin already!

So, after a while with my fallout 3 always crashing to desktop on startup I decided i was gonna fix it. Deleted texture folder, meshes, etc... because of a guide to fix it. It did not work. So I opened up FOMM and it doesnt show Fallout3.esm being loaded. I think I may have deleted it somewhere long the way! If anyone has any suggestions or the file to let me download that would help! Possibly a original data folder? Thanks!
