  1. Hey everybody, I was in the same boat with you guys hoping to see faction paint jobs for robots, so I went ahead and created a mod for it: Automatron Robot Faction Paint Jobs I hope this is what you're all looking for!
  2. As the title says, I'm working on a series of mods that add workbenches to small cells in the game such as the sanctuary root cellar and red rocket mole rat den. I've got the workshop working fine and even linked to the settlement workbenches as appropriate (root cellar is linked to sanctuary workshop, mole rat den is linked to red rocket workshop). The only issue I'm having is that to build you've got to activate the workbench itself. Holding down the workshop button does not work. Has anyone encountered this issue before? I could use some help. Thanks! EDIT: Just tested a little more and it seems to be a conflict with Place Everywhere but it does not occur on every save file. Anyone know a workaround?

Yes, you can connect any workbench you've created to an existing workbench even in another cell by adding a Linked Reference at your workbench to the other workbench with the keyword WorkshopLinkContainer. So to link your new workbench to say Sanctuary's workbench, create a new linked reference to SanctuaryWorkshopREF in the cell SanctuaryExt (-20,21) with the keyword=WorkshopLinkContainer. They will now share inventory. 2. You can build generators if you designate the workbench as an outdoor workbench (I think!) which is ID c1aeb.
