  1. Hi, I know you guys are busy, but I just wanted to report an issue. It seems that I can't endorse any mod file I've downloaded recently. They won't appear in my download history either, and yes I was logged in when I downloaded them. Some of them were more than 100 mb anyway and can't be downloaded by guests. Also, I can see my complete download history. Wasn't that a feature for pay accounts? It's been a long time I've been to Nexus though so I'm not sure. That's it. Just wanted to report that. Good luck wity the update and bug fixing. ;)
  2. You have NMM installed, right? Don't use NMM and FOMM together for games like Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas. Anyway do this and you'll be able to run FOMM again: Go to your Fallout 3 or Fallout New Vegas folder and delete "Install Info" folder, now run FOMM again, it should run properly now.
  3. Yeah, it is like that and this 'issue' was present in Morrowind, Oblivion, and Fallout 3 as well. Oh, and there is no mod to address it either. I think it's hardcodeded and there is nothing can be done about it. In any how, Fallout New Vegas is not really meant to be played in 3rd person. It's awkward. 3rd person is more like an afterthought.
  4. Didn't have much time to play New Vegas recently. Just wanted to suggest the best radio mod here in Nexus (IMO) for New Vegas, Radio Active Channel Extender It's not just a radio, it's a standalone MP player. You can add your own songs (been doing it for a long time) and you can even skip songs with it on the fly. You can even set different mod like shuffle and repeat with this baby. There is also a selection of songs for anyone who wants more lore-friendly music.
  5. They have their esm flag ticked in their headers. They load before esps no matter what, even if Game Launcher shows them in the bottom of the load order, that won't make a difference. Best to report this to the mod author, or use SkyEdit or TESVSnip to untick their esm flags if you really sure that they have to load after any weather mod and if you know what you are doing.
  6. Don't use official game launcher for modifying the load order, it will screw it. use NMM to modify load order. I have to ask, why do you use the official game launcher anyway when NMM already has this feature? I'm confused. EDIT: Oh, and you can drag-and-drop esps in NMM in order to modify the load order. No need to click on arrows 1000 times.
  7. Is there a mod that prevent player from opening inventory and favorite menu (Tab, I, Q) in combat. Just this, I don't want an overhaul or anything. Thanks. Oh. and please no smart answers like: "Well, don't open them is combat."
  8. Shouldn't?! Did he ask where he should go for mods? Oh, and workshop is actually a step forward in modding world in my opinion. That is simply not true.
  9. Yeah, I guess you are right. But other developers still put efforts into porting their console games for PC. For example the interface of Bioware's first and second Mass Effect (haven't played the third) was heavily modified to look and function better for PC users. Bethesda went really lazy regarding Skyrim interface, even for console. The leveling up system (Stars selection) is a hot mess even on consoles.
  10. Thank you! It's REALLY frustrating! That's the word I was looking for! I just can't believe they didn't implement this?! I mean what the hell?! o_O It just doesn't make any sense. EDIT: I'm going to go to their official forums and complain about this. I recently got Skyrim and frankly I can't believe that they still have not implemented it after all this so called updates. :wallbash: EDIT2: HERE Turns out that you can use "Y" and "N" for confirming and canceling dialog boxes! Stupid UI designer!
  11. EDIT: Topic was cut off. It's "Why "tab" and "E"/"Enter" won't work in dialog boxes with a simple yes and no senario" I mean when you choose all your ingredients for making a portion and then press "R" to craft, then a prompt will pop up (in form of a dialog box) asking for confirmation with a simple "Yes" and "No". But I can't use "Tab" for "No" or "E"/"Enter" for "Yes". I need to use the mouse. Is this intended? If yes, then is there any mod to address this issue.
  12. Thanks everyone. Thanks for the info. Actually, I don't use faster travel myself, so it shouldn't be a problem.
