backporter

i need to re-export an mesh without loosing any of its data(animations, etc) but everytime i import it and export it in 3ds max it no longer has the animations, basically i need to import/export the mesh so i re-optimize it, how would i go about doing that? 3ds max is removing the animation after the export, i can't just copy it in i specially need to re-optimize it.
