I tested disabling all my mods, didn't work, Still showed. I even disabled ENB, didn't work either, I've had this issue for a long time too but never looked into it as it was never a problem and only ever witnessed it on Nick and other NPCs with hats like this, I'd barely see it but when I did it'd be a bit irritating but would try to ignore it. https://gyazo.com/512fb4738b3fa344e7e5f7c786121b0b

I tried to look into fixing this myself but I don't know what files it is and how to even do a fix like this. The problem is, Colter is instantly recharging the static invincibility where you're forced to use thirst zapper. Before, it'd last several seconds but I zap him it goes then in 1 second it's back, barely have time to get a few shots in. I'm forced to use Psycho Jet to do good damage with slowed time.. sure, this makes it more challenging but whenever I come upon this fight I love to mess with him.. use workshop mode and spawn a ton of turrets.. spawn a ton of synth gorillas to which they'll only attack if the shield is down. I'm not sure if it's being done by a mod or just an actual bug, if someone could do a patch to make it where it stays at the normal default time, That'd be great! Others have appeared to have this issue when I did a google search..

I have quite a few stormtrooper mods, my institute modded to look black, and dark. all my synths are wearing stormtrooper armor but I one by one changed the coursers armors into "Royal Guard" armor which took quite the time.. What I'm looking to do is change something in textures or maybe the "Creation Kit" which I have little experience with.. that make all coursers wear Royal Guard armors. By default, I think they wear this clothing mod from Eli's Armour Compendium. Is there a way to go about doing this?

I currently uploaded it to nexusmods but wondering how to go about uploading it to bethesda.net for those on xbox? I seen some on xbox one before, just not sure exactly how.. anyone able to help?

It changes the material but the glow effect doesn't go away sadly

In my game I am unsure if it's a specific mod from something of mine but it makes some glass brighter and difficult to look through or it messes with what the outside looks like as if there is literally nothing outside or Bradbertons head jar is so bright only his hair is bright as well enough to see and you can barely see his face at all. I am just requesting a mod that overhauls all types of glass or perhaps just glass windows that make it look more realistic I tried searching for one that could be around and could not find any anywhere here is an example of how some windows / glass tends to look for me in my game..

I am really hating that she calls me blue and would love a mod that changes it to something else
