As for First person shell casing, im assuming your talking new vegas, i may be wrong but in new vegas its hardcoded in fps, so you wont be able to change anything there i have no clue about sizes conversion to tps, but shell life length on the ground for tps is a easy variable change. if thats what you ment by that but im unable to help you with geck, i have no experience actually creating mods. Shell casing in first person is unchangable, you cant modify it in anyway, or any shells ejected while in fps will not stay longer than default hard coded time if viewed after wards in tps, I hope you understand. Third person shell casing is only changable/ moddable.

I have installed Deadly reflexes 5, after attempting to use the Omod version of the Deadly reflexes 6, which i could not configure to work, Now, I've read that i should have an Deadly reset Hourglass in my invertory, But i cannot find it, Is there a known bug/glitch, and is there a way to fix this, cause i do not have any way to set my keys.

I Figured out my issue, All i had to do is replace my Shaders, apperently they were corrupt.

I just finished Installing FCOM and all my other Misc mod's I have them running bug free, Now Here's the issue, i have Landscape texture, and a Landscapelod folder, But yet, oblivion seem to be unable to generate proper texture's for the distant lod, i've tried Tes4 lod generator and multiple different texture packs to fix this, But i cannot seem to get it to return to normal.
