Best rant I've seen in a while :thumbsup: Though I have to agree to disagree on this one. That what's makes Skyrim a true sandbox/open world game man, Great setting, great story, nothing obligatory and creating your character to such an extent as this. Explicit violence has been in games for ages now, about time the community puts porn in it LOL :biggrin: Perhaps they would then expect us to start screwing each other on the streets hahaha. But I do understand your point, have you tried searching with the 'non-adult' section?

Hi, Perhaps this might help a little bit... Last week I decided to buy an xfx hd7950 black edition (900mhz) DD with 3gb memory (factory oc also). Okay, this is amd, however i decided to go eventually for a 3gb card, even after the sales rep told me this would probably not gain advantage for the next 2 years. I knew like you i play a heavy mod packed skyrim with very high res textures (flora overhaul, city overhauls, lush grass and trees, skyrim hd, enb customized with hq ao and il, oa...) at highest settings. After playing a few days i recorded mostly on average about 35-55 fps. Heavy places like riverwood with open plain and heavy shadows tend to hang around 30 to 35 fps. So without being a specialist, i think i did make the right choice with 3gb mem within that price range. Perhaps nvidia chipset will tend to perform even better with skyrim and tweaks... Have to say that the factory oc settings come with a very good dd cooling system, but still this gpu load temp can go up to 93 degrees C. Resulting in very noisy fan speeds. My rig: I5-750 quad core @2.8 ghz 8gb corsair ram @1333 (dont know the exact value) Xfx hd7950 black edition double dissipation 3gb Gpuz registered mem usage @ 2.5 gb fyi. Hope this helps! Grtz

Just for a head's up and for future reference, the placeatme thing creates a duplicate npc which, afaik, can create its own problems. If you're gonna use console to retriev a follower it's better to use: prid <reference id> moveto player Thanks for the tip! Gonna try it for sure. :thumbsup: Guess the custom loadout would also be gone with the placeatme cmd...

Lol. Riverhelm and Windwood :-) Yeah something is spooking in skyrim... I lost Lydia about à week ago and can't find her anywhere. Not in breezehome nor in dragonsreach. Damned guards won't do s*** 'bout it!! Lol No, I am not Dyslexic...Riverhelm is a mod :tongue: No offense, my bad :wink: :wink: But seriously, did you get her back? Because my Lydia is still missing. Guess 'player.placeatme Lydia' or smtng is just not the same.. Hopefully I'll figure out why she vanished. (pretty sure it's not because I've been AP'ing all those guards ...)

Hi all, Hopefully somebody knows this problem which started a few days ago: At some point, my torchlight stopped from being emitted. Especially in 3rd person view. In fact, when I'm holding a torch, there's the visible flame but there's no light emitting on the surroundings or my character. But what i do see is a thin circle or ring in front of my character where the light should be shining. Everything remains visible but not does not light up. Strange is, that my followers' torches do light up the surroundings as well as my character. I noticed also that some fixed fire lights in Solitude for exemple show the same problem. Some mods I've installed and running (among others) that might have actually to do with this: load order as followed: - HighRestexturepack01.esp - HighRestexturepack02.esp - Skyrim HD Full (all files from cities) - Water.esp - Realistic Lighting.esp - Realistic Lighting patcher.esp - Greenwaterfix compatible.esp I did reset the realistic lighting settings, ran the lighting patcher succesfully but still, in game there's no solving this problem. I ran the game for a long time with all those mods and at some point this strangely showed up. Many thanx for your help you guys!
