Just a reminder for fellow newbies; I had trouble unpacking the game files until I realized I wasn't running the unpacker in admin mode. Be sure to have the ticked under the unpacker's properties. Now I'm having trouble with the unpacker crashing before it finishes

It's generally impossible to erase the vanilla game textures since they are all packed in BSA files. When you install a replacer (like Robert's for example) you are simply creating the same file directory as the the assets you're replacing outside the BSA files; thus overriding them rather than replacing them. Simply deleting the new files is usually enough to revert back to vanilla assets.
