  1. I've looking through the forums, searched online, etc and can't find anything on this directly. What I'm wanting to do is change NPC types (Human, SMutant, Dog, etc) to more or less specific values. In conjuction with a damage overhaul mod I'm working on. Though I'm not seeing in the creation kit how or where to do this.
  2. Question in the title. Never used the geck except to change damage values in New Vegas. I'm wanting to modify a damage mod I have so all the automatic weapons do 100% damage instead of the 75% of normal.
  3. Hey guys, having a problem with this. I can get weapons to sound right during auto firing. But when you start and when you stop has issues. By issues the sound is cut off, or similar. This is one of the main things holding me back from being able to finish my mod. As well as distant sound layers. I don't really hear them that much in game. I need to know how all the layers work so I can make sounds from what I have. I figure it's a mix of the gun sound and a shot in the distance. Kind of like an audio "opacity" of sorts.

  5. Some of the coolest places (IMO) are Washington Monument, the DC mall trenches, Anchorage memorial (my fave :D) or the subways station in the middle of a small store area west of V101

If i remember right, a lot of this has been removed from NW ... well... i know for a FACT Arkoola is removed, but you should be able to make this other stuff by blueprints from bess >_> ... look at tutorials and about "Progressing" ... Make it so your Town is constantly happy without your help (like i had to spend 100+ caps a day for "celebrations") , or go off and do quests, and use your town as a base or resupply area :D! ... or even make your town even bigger than it is o_O ... or if your bored enough, go make a town in the most random places, like Anchorage memorial, near Yao Guai tunnels, etc etc
  7. Idk... <:( i think i might have... If i knew how to upload just that guns Esp. i could tottally have you guys (assuming more than one person's looked at this) fix it real quick... all it is is a Sniper rifle with almost 0 bullet spread, like 1000 damage, and 1 rnd Clip... :/ ... and the ID is different
  8. The newest version, i had Fallout Goty edition on my comp last weekend, but now i have the Fallout 3 + DLC seperately :/ so idk that might of changed stuff... anyways ill try it, thanks lol :) THANK YOU! xD roflmao... it works now ;D
  9. haha, thanks... i wasnt expecting a fast reply and i recently did a system restore on my computer (damn trojans) so i probobly only have the .net framework 1.0 or something like that :/ ... so i'll reply back in a sec, and tell you if it worked Nope. updated to 4.0 :/ lol.... can i get a link to what your talking about please?
  10. I recently followed a tutorial on the GECK website on how to make my own gun (a sniper rifle, in my case) everything works fine, but the gun breaks WAY too fast to be anything reasonable... i added another 100hp, (to 200hp total) so idk why its breaking faster than the normal sniper :/

  12. The exact words: A problem occured during install: Method not found: 'boolean System.Threading.WaitHandle.WaitOne(Int32)'. The mod was not installed. Since im not a game Dev, i have no clue why this is happening. this shows up on EVERY mod i try to "activate"
