I want the hair style to be shown when my character wears a hat other than a blad head , and I can use 3ds max and photoshop,but I don't know the steps, any suggestion will be appretiated

Can I make rain and snow stop falling through static objects??Like in

It seems that it's impossible to achive the aim,I find a script which stops the rain and snow weather ,maybe this is the only method :wallbash: -
I'm building a player home,but I find that when it rains or snows,it directly fall through the roof,it seems nothing can stop it from falling down.Can I make rain and snow stop falling through static objects??Is it something with the collision part in the nif file??I have konwn that there is a code patch for Morrowwind that can stop rain and snow falling through static objects.
