I don't if there are any mods already that enhance existing guilds to work like this, but there is a mod that let's you create your own guild which you can command to your liking. You can find it here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52871/? . I know it isn't quite the same thing as commanding thieves guild members as their master but with this mod you can make your own guild and recruit almost anyone to be in it. Haven't gotten around to testing it myself yet but I'm pretty sure it's fun :)

So are you looking for a mod that replaces clothing completely or just replaces it? Do you want your character to be nude or nonude? And here is the prototype,I made it kinda quick and it has only the basic structure but it should give you a nice view of what it might look like when ready :D Please do take a look at it and tell what you think,does it look like you imagined it or am I completely off. I can change and add things fairly quickly in it if wanted.
