Hi everyone, I was wondering how do you add items (eg weapons, arrows, etc) to merchants? Also how can you set them to show up when you've reached a certain level?

Just a minor thing, but when in combat, upon getting killed, some NPCs drop their weapons while others are still holding onto them. What determines the possibilities of it happening anyway? Is it how much damage they take on the fatal hit? Random chance? What do you think?
